• Receiving and processing WhatsApp webhook events.

• Supporting business notifications, such as invoice messages, booking confirmations, reminders, and payment notifications.

Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use our services only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when configuring your business account.
• Use the services only for legitimate business purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your API credentials and access tokens.
• Restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and WhatsApp Business Platform requirements.
• Ensure that your use of the services does not violate the rights of others.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account and credentials.

WhatsApp Messaging Requirements

Businesses using our services are responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp Business Platform policies and messaging requirements.

You must:

• Obtain appropriate permission or another valid legal basis before using customer contact information.
• Send messages only to recipients you are authorized to contact.
• Respect opt-out requests and communication preferences.
• Use approved message templates when required by WhatsApp.
• Avoid spam, misleading communications, harassment, fraud, and other prohibited activities.
• Ensure that message content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

We may restrict or suspend access to services where necessary to address misuse or comply with platform requirements.

Customer Data and Responsibilities

Businesses using our services are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of the contact information and message content they submit.

Depending on the integration, the information processed may include recipient phone numbers, message content, document references, message identifiers, and delivery-status information.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit this information for processing.

Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their applicable terms, policies, and requirements.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for interruptions or changes originating from those providers.

API Availability and Limitations

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues, third-party platform restrictions, technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Message submission to an API does not necessarily mean that the message has been delivered to or read by the recipient.

Delivery and read-status information depends on the availability and accuracy of status notifications provided by the relevant platform.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services to:

• Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or abusive messages.
• Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with service operations or security.
• Circumvent usage restrictions or platform safeguards.
• Distribute malicious software or engage in other unlawful activities.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect our services and users.

Intellectual Property

MOSE Billing retains its rights in its software, service components, branding, documentation, and related materials, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain responsibility for ensuring that the content you submit or transmit through our services does not infringe the rights of others.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or restrictions imposed by relevant third-party platforms.

You may discontinue using our services at any time, subject to any applicable service agreement.

Following termination, certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, accounting, or other legitimate purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that every message will be accepted, delivered, or read, or that third-party platforms will remain available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOSE Billing will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services, including losses caused by third-party platform outages, message delivery failures, or network interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
