Is it Online software or offline software ?

This is offline software and can use for multiple users on office LAN.

Is this software for rent or onetime payment?

Completely it is onetime payment software and you can use it for life time. There is no additional charges after software implement. For more feel free to contact us.

Is there any option to view my business status online?

Yes, we are providing online summary reports for sales, purchase, return [sales,purchase], payments, bank, cash and collection. Profit & loss, Day book, financial status and Outstanding for customer and supplier are other. And we are ready to develop more as per our customer requirements.

How can get service and support after install the software?

Our all service and support through AMC only. We included first one year AMC along with the software and can provide online support through desktop sharing software on telephone or whatsapp. We have onsite support only in Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Alapuzha districts..

Is AMC compulsory after one year?

NO. AMC is an optional part if you are not interested to renew. Software will not be stopped due to the AMC expiry. When you need service after one year, you can renew the same with 25% of actual bill amount .

Is there any option to file GST Return directly from the software?

No. we are providing only GST related reports like HSN Code wise, GST percentage wise, Invoice wise, Item wise with GSTIN or without GSTIN etc. if customer needs more we can develop it on demand.

Are there any additional charges for customization?

We are trying to deliver the best product to our customer what they need. So we are ready to customize their changes except major modules, functionality etc which supports their day to day business activity.
